You Own 100% of Your Artwork

You retain complete, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all pixel art, character sprites, animation frames, tilemaps, and code snippets you create using QuickPixelArt. We claim zero copyright, royalties, or attribution demands. You are free to sell, monetize, distribute, and trademark your creations in commercial video games, merchandise, or media.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using QuickPixelArt ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. License to Use the Service

QuickPixelArt grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use our browser-based pixel drawing tools, canvas engines, and export utilities for both non-commercial and commercial endeavors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: All drawings, color palettes, animated frames, and export artifacts generated by you remain your sole intellectual property. QuickPixelArt does not acquire any license to display, publish, distribute, or utilize your artwork.

Our Platform: The QuickPixelArt website design, branding, logo, user interface layout, typography systems, source code, and documentation are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software without express written authorization.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you may not:

  • Engage in automated scraping, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or server resource abuse that impairs other users' experience.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our hosting infrastructure or network.
